I am a mother of two, a wife, a government worker and an aspiring cake maker.
I started making cakes for fun and have come a long way since my first attempts (which I have included to show progress, and as a reminder that we all start somewhere).
I brought a cake to work for a dear friend and opened up the possibility of being hired for events.
All cakes are priced per seving. Cake iced and filled with buttercream or chocolate buttercream frosting including most buttercream or fondant decorations: $2.00/serving.

- Other fillings: Additional $5.00/layer

1. How much time before an event do I need to place an order?
In order to assure availability, we recommend that orders be placed at least one to two weeks in advance. For wedding cakes we recommend, at least, two to four weeks prior to the wedding.
2. When can I come in for a tasting?
Anytime, but it is always best to call in advance to make sure we have specific flavor available for tasting.
3. Do I need an appointment?
At this time appointments are recommended for special occasions. Appointments can be made Monday through Friday by accessing my Contact page.
4. Do you deliver?
Yes, we deliver cakes in the North Bay and surrounding area. Delivery price is determined by distance and set-up.
5. Can I order through the Internet?
You can set up an initial quote and basic order through the internet, but final details will be arranged by phone, e-mail or meeting.
6. What flavors do you offer?
All our cakes are baked using high-quality, all-natural ingredients. Our signature recipe is a Chocolate/Mocha cake. Other flavors include Chocolate, Marble, Lemon, Orange, , Pina Colada, Carrot and Vanilla Bean, but don’t let that stop you…. If you have a favorite flavour, we will try to accommodate it.
7. What is the difference between buttercream and fondant?
Buttercream is a more traditional icing. It is creamy and decorated with spatulas, and piping. Fondant is a sugar-based, cake coverture that can be easily molded and colored to give different designs. Fondant can take the form of different textures, matte surfaces, pearls, or edible elements like gold and silver.
8. What fillings do you offer?
Our cakes are very moist and delicious all on their own, fillings aren't necessary. Nevertheless, we offer an array of fillings such as strawberry, raspberry, pineapple, chocolate fudge, chocolate mousse, vanilla and vanilla creme, but like our cake flavours, the options are endless.
